delta public house.

Delta means change, and that’s exactly what we’re embracing. Change within ourselves. Change in our community. Change in the restaurant and brewery industry as a whole. Life’s always moving, and so are we. Our name, Delta, nods to the Greek symbol with three sides—just like the trinity, grounding us in faith and purpose. Even our cozy A-frame building echoes that iconic shape.

But we’re not just a brewery or a restaurant—we’re a public house in the old-school sense. Back in the day, public houses were where deals were made, debates were had, and community was built—often over a good pint and great conversation. We love that vibe. We believe people can come together, even when they don’t agree, and find common ground through real connection.

Delta Public House is a place to gather—whether you're celebrating a win, walking through a tough time, or just hungry for something meaningful (and delicious). We open our doors in the spirit of hospitality and faith, creating a space where everyone feels seen, known, and welcomed.

Pull up a chair—we’re glad you’re here.

the story behind the logo.

Let’s be honest—picking a logo is no small task. It’s part art, part storytelling, and deeply personal. At Delta Public House, our logo isn’t just a design—it’s a reflection of who we are and the journey we’re on.

The large triangle represents the Trinity—our foundation of faith. Inside are two smaller triangles: one for the Lutz family, one for the King family, the founding partners. Nestled within the bigger shape, they represent how we’re part of something greater. This place was never meant to be built on our strength—it’s rooted in purpose, and it wouldn’t be possible without God at the center.

Then there’s the diamond in the middle. It symbolizes refinement—how transformation takes time. Natural diamonds form over billions of years, and we love that reminder: the process matters. Growth is slow, sometimes tough, but the end result? Something strong, rare, and worth it. The diamond is also a little playful. After all, who expects a gluten-free, holistic brewery and restaurant tucked into a town of 4,000? We’re a bit of a “diamond in the rough”—surrounded by cornfields and open skies.

And if you take a step back, the layered triangles resemble mountains—a quiet nod to Greg King’s Tennessee roots. These days, he’s traded those peaks for the “mountains of Delta,” and we’re grateful he did.

So yes, it’s a logo—but to us, it’s also a visual story. A symbol of faith, family, refinement, and unexpected beauty.
